Refund Policy

MY AIO is operated by United Computer Solutions LLC (“MY AIO,” “we,” “us”).

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all payments, billing, refunds, and related buyer support. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions and Paddle’s Refund Policy, which govern all cancellations and refunds.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged again. You can cancel through the Paddle buyer portal (via the link in your order confirmation email) or at paddle.net.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Refund Policy. To request a refund, visit paddle.net. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

If a product is not delivered due to technical issues, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as set out in Paddle’s terms.

Tax Refunds

Tax-registered businesses charged sales tax, VAT, or GST may request a refund of the tax amount by contacting Paddle within 60 days of the transaction at paddle.net.
