MY AIO is operated by United Computer Solutions LLC (“MY AIO,” “we,” “us”).

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, you will not be charged again. You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting us directly at ask@myaio.com.

Refunds

To request a refund, contact us at ask@myaio.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

If a product is not delivered due to technical issues, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund. Consumers in the EU/EEA and UK may have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

Tax Refunds

Tax-registered businesses charged sales tax, VAT, or GST may request a refund of the tax amount by contacting us within 60 days of the transaction at ask@myaio.com.
