About the Role

We’re building the next generation of intelligent agents — and we need a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who thrives at the intersection of research and application. You’ll lead the charge on architecting and scaling ML systems that enable our agents to reason, plan, and communicate like humans. If you’re obsessed with pushing models beyond benchmarks and into real-world superpowers, this one’s for you.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and optimizing LLM-based systems that power our agent core
• Prototyping advanced retrieval, planning, and memory systems for AI agents
• Building and owning data pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and evaluation
• Working closely with product and infrastructure teams to deploy scalable ML features

We’d love to see:

• 5+ years in ML or applied AI, ideally with production-level deployments
• Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, and vector search
• Experience with frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, Ray, and Weaviate
• Strong engineering mindset — you ship fast, test hard, and iterate relentlessly
