About the Role
Our AI agents generate, learn, and adapt — but they’re only as smart as the insights we give them. As a Senior Data Scientist, you’ll unlock deep understanding across user behavior, agent decisions, and system performance to drive both strategy and product. You’ll be the brain behind our brain.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading experimentation to optimize agent interaction and learning
- Designing causal inference frameworks and user journey analytics
- Partnering with ML teams to improve model performance with real data feedback
- Building dashboards and tooling to empower our internal teams with insights
We’d love to see:
- 4+ years in data science, ideally with a product or agent-focused company
- Experience with experimentation, causal inference, and modeling
- Strong SQL chops and comfort with Python, Airflow, and dbt
- Clear communication style with a bias toward business impact
